We are not EAP and can work alongside your EAP provider if required.

When one of your employees contacts we respond within 4 hours. Depending upon the circumstance we may just chat on the phone or, organise a private coffee somewhere close to their workplace. Our interactions are completely confidential and no notes are taken unless the situation requires mandatory reporting.

To subscribe to WOW's Service we charge an annual administrative fee of $5,000 and an individual fee for support/person. Critical incidents are quoted separately. We invoice monthly for all support services.

WOW provides a wallet contact card for all employees when you subscribe. We are contactable by phone, in person, email and messenger.

Once you notify us of an emergency a group leader will contact you to assess the scale of the situation and requirements. Depending upon the situation we deploy chaplains to your organisation or multi site. Please remember when a crisis is unfolding people are often impacted by trauma and we provide practical station support such as warm blankets, a cup of tea, a kind word and what we call just sitting with someone in distress. Usually therapy if required happens at a later period. Responding to a crisis is a special skill and chaplains are highly trained in this area. Our uniform on these occasions is often of comfort to people.

Yes, we assist with hospital visits, prison visits, court support and more. Families come in all shapes and sizes with many issues and WOW is experienced in providing practical support and appropriate referral as necessary.
